He previously held various functions in Phase I, laboratory, Phase III monitoring, and quality assurance, at the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology. Dr. Sweeney is a trained ISO 9001 lead assessor and is experienced with preparing forms for ISO 9001 certification and for EN45001 laboratory accreditation. He has also served as presenter at numerous conferences and provided training on many aspects of GCP, auditing, inspections and quality management.
