Margarita Sweeney, Senior Development Manager, has 25 years of experience in the development, financing, administration and management of affordable housing communities.Her early experience in the development, management, financing and resident training of limited equity cooperatives has influenced her entire career.She became the chief of management operations at the National Cooperative Bank and, subsequently, the Director of Acquisitions analysis for the National Housing Partnerships.Her more recent activities have been as Vice President/Chief Underwriter for ABG & AGM Financial Services, responsible for the underwriting and credit review of $80-$100 million annually in affordable housing financing.
