Phil has over 15 years experience as a manager, consultant, and project manager in the information technology, financial services, and engineering industries.Phil recently became the Managing Director for InSource, LLC and prior to that he was a Project Manager and Project Consultant for Hartford Financial Services.Phil's wide range of expertise includes program and project cost controls, mentoring, cost benefit analysis, lessons learned, and development and training of easy to use Project Management tools.As a member of the Southern New England Chapter of the Project Management Institute (SNEC-PMI), Phil is co-leading the creation of a Project Management Mentoring program and he holds the PMP designation.Phil received a B.A. from University of Connecticut with concentrations in data analysis, math and statistics and he has presented - the Art of Project Management - Beyond Frameworks and Methodologies at the University of Bridgeport.
