Heather Surat provides live reports from interesting places and events throughout Northeast Wisconsin for Fox 11's Good Day Wisconsin.Heather joined the staff in August of 2004.

Before starting at Fox 11, Heather served as the morning anchor for WAOW-TV in Wausau, Wisconsin.She has also worked for WFTC-TV Fox 29 and WCCO -TV, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as well as KIMT-TV in Mason City, Iowa.

A native of the Twin Cities, Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Marketing/Spanish at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.She also studied at the University of Granada, in Spain.Heather's travel destinations have also included Italy, Africa and Israel.

In her spare time Heather likes to read, run, fish, cook and is always up for a game of ping pong.She also hopes to improve her golf game.Heather is glad to be living in the Green Bay area since she has family ties to the U.P.Her shi-tzu dog "Jenna" has become Heather's pride and joy since she adopted the dog from a shelter.

Judges include Mayor Tim Hanna (Appleton), Kathy Keene (WHBY 1150 AM), Andrew Oppmann (The Post-Crescent), Dayton Kane (MIX 95.9 FM), and Heather Surat (FOX 11).
