After receiving her Associate,s degree in Medical Practice Management from Bryant and Stratton College in Rochester, NY, Sullivan began her career in that city as a scheduler for a medical practice.When she returned to the Farmington area in 2001, she joined Pine Tree Pediatrics as a receptionist/biller.Since then she has completed additional coursework at the University of Maine at Farmington.

Sullivan and her husband, Ben, a respiratory therapist at Franklin Memorial Hospital, are the parents of two young boys.
