The Training Partnership's Educational Advisors Jayne Stroud and Jackie Bufton - are fully qualified in aspects of Training and Development for example: Working with Trade Unions - Jackie worked for the LSN as a consultant to the Union for a Whole Organisational Approach to the Embedding of Skills for Life in Teaching and Learning (3 year project), and specifically looking at embedding into ICT delivery.

Jayne has worked in Training and Development for 20 years and has designed written and implemented programmes specifically aimed at the Vocational Training Sectors.
Jayne was one of the first in the UK to design and run an inhouse pilot programme for The Rathbone Society targeted at getting the unemployed back to work We are committed to improving standards within the industry and adopting methods of good practice - we invest in training our own members of staff and we continuously strive to provide our EU Partners with programmes that give added value to their projects.
What (if any) has been your involvement in Lifelong Learning Programme/EU projects?
The Training Partnership has worked with Leonardo da Vinci EU programmes for the last 13 years and have hosted in excess of 5000 funded European Mobility Students.
