Janice Nash Stroud is Department Administrator for the Center for School Improvement and the Consortium.She is responsible for all personnel/human resource matters, grant/contract management, and fiscal management of all business matters for the Center and Consortium.Ms. Stroud is the primary liaison to all related University departments and to outside funding organizations.Before joining the Consortium, she spent twelve years working in university administration in the Business, Finance and Research areas.
