Jane Stroud

Jane Stroud has worked at Newman for five years as a PESS Lecturer, EB ITT Tutor and Dyslexia Support Tutor. Her Masters dissertation was one of five selected from the 2007/8 cohort of Masters students at the UoB to be nominated for this award. Jane's dissertation was entitled, The construct of 'dyslexia support' provided through the Disabled Students' Allowance for students with dyslexia in higher education.

Jane commented, "Obtaining the MEd will enhance the quality of the service that I can provide for our students and will help raise the profile of the Dyslexia Team within Newman.
