(La Crescenta, CA - May 21, 2002) - Chris Wolpert, Regional Vice President of The Mobile Storage Group®, has announced the appointment of Mark Strauss as Regional Sales Manager of the Pacific Northwest region.

Mr. Strauss has been Branch Manager of the Salt Lake City branch since joining The Mobile Storage Group® in September 1999, after the Company's acquisition of ICM Equipment.During his tenure as Branch Manager, Mr. Strauss has, in addition to overseeing branch operations, negotiated many notable transactions, including a three-month, 120-unit government contract in July 2001, and a contract to provide on-site storage to various venues at the 2002 Winter Olympics.

As Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Strauss will be responsible for the overall rental and sales growth of the Pacific Northwest region.He will focus on increasing the productivity of individual sales staff and branch managers through training and implementing new marketing strategies in this region, as well as others in the near future.

Concurrent with Mr. Strauss's advancement is the promotion to Branch Manager of Bill Lloyd.
