The Dykema law firm is pleased to announce that Adam B. Strauss, a Member in its Intellectual Property practice area, was recently reelected to a three year term as an Executive Board Member of the Eastern District of Michigan Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA).The FBA promotes professionalism within the Eastern District of Michigan by offering its members continuing legal education, practical information, and opportunities to help advance the sound administration of justice.The Executive Board works toward promoting these goals.
Mr. Strauss is a registered patent attorney who concentrates on intellectual property matters with specialization in patent, copyright, and trademark litigation.He also negotiates and prepares intellectual property agreements and manages intellectual property due diligence issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Oakland County Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association.
A resident of Farmington Hills, Mr. Strauss received his B.S.M.E., with honors, from Michigan State University and his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Wayne State University.
