   Nathan Straus, our Director of Physician Services, has been invited to speak during the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians Annual Scientific Assembly on Hilton Head Island in November. Nathan will be presenting "Financial Management for the New, Middle Age and Retiring Physician."

   Frank needed a $5,000 deposit to obtain a visa and Straus, the director of the federal Housing Authority, a friend of Eleanor Roosevelt and the son of Macy's co-owner, had money and connections.
