Stratemeyer is a director, Senior Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and the Company's Chief Financial Officer.He is responsible for the overall financial management of the Company.Prior to joining the Company's predecessor in 1990 in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer, he held the positions of controller and accountant with Musical Sales, Inc., a music/video distributorship located in Baltimore, Maryland, from 1986 to 1990.

   Kenneth M. Stratemeyer has been the Chief Financial Officer for Century Engineering, Inc. since January 1990 and has recently been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. Ken has been involved in financial management with a variety of firms prior to his arrival at Century in January 1990. His first management experience came in 1977 when he was promoted to Accounting Manager for Londontown Corporation where he was responsible for maintaining the firms' financial records. From there he moved on to become the Controller at McCarthy-Hicks, Inc. where he again was responsible for maintaining the firms' financial records as well as implementing inventory controls in a heavily regulated liquor industry. Later, he moved on to Musical Sales, Inc. in the position of Controller where his responsibilities expanded to include maintenance of the company computer system. During his tenure at Century Engineering, Inc. Ken has been responsible for maintaining the firms' financial records and for performing all of the fiscal duties required to reflect the firms' financial performance. Ken is a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph High School and the University of Baltimore.
