Tyler joined the CapHarbor team in April of 2002 shortly after the official launch of the company.As Vice President of Production, Tyler's primary responsibilities include buy-side investor representation and advisory for clients purchasing net leased commercial assets and Tenant in Common investments.Tyler also assists in managing the production team in acquiring adequate replacement property for 1031 exchange investors as well as marketing company services to industry professionals.

Prior to joining CapHarbor, Tyler worked as an Account Coordinator for Intercommunications, a full service marketing and advertising firm in Newport Beach that specializes in luxury resort real estate developments.Tyler earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration in 2002 from Pepperdine University.He holds a California Real Estate license, as well as NASD Series 22 and 63 licenses.Tyler is also an active member of real estate organizations such as The Urban Land Institute, Tenant in Common Association, and Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
