   Robert Strate has been named Project Manager. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and construction of the retail medical facility, located at Irvine Spectrum Center, and to ensure that the project is delivered on time and budget.
   
   For 12 years, Strate had been President of Strate Construction Company, San Diego, Calif. He worked closely with engineers, architects, city officials, and contractors. Projects included planning and design, grading and excavation, underground utilities, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, rough and finished carpentry, storefronts, ADA requirements, and fire sprinkler systems. Previously, he had been a Series 7 licensed money manager with Paine Webber, Inc., San Diego. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University.
