Garrett is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States Middle District of Florida.Garrett attained his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.He attended Long Island University where he majored in management and marketing and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.Prior to law school, Garrett owned his own window treatment business.He also managed several restaurants and has previously held a Florida Food Manager Certificate.Garrett is currently the League Director of the Northeast Florida Dart Association.
