While at Cisco, Strachan directed both US and European software sales between 1999 and 2001.As Director of Software Sales for Cisco, and before that as VP of European Operations for Geotel Telecommunications, a Cisco acquisition in 1999, Mr. Strachan was responsible for growing annual software revenues from $3 million to $50 million.Before joining Geotel, he was SVP for Parametric Technology where he led the firm's 300 person Southern European sales force.
