Scott began his T-System career in 1995 as the first employee.From 1995 to 2001 Scott acted as Chief Technical Officer overseeing software development, product design, information technology, advertising, and software quality assurance.He has been involved in every aspect of the company, including the design and development of T SystemEV versions 1.0, 1.8 - 2.4 as well as all of the content development tools that are in use today.In 2005, Scott took on the responsibilities of his current position with the mission to lead the company's effort to develop its brand in the marketplace as a technology company.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as a manufacturing design engineer at Linx Data Terminals where his responsibilities included the computerized design and manufacture of advanced networked data-collection and tracking terminals that are still in demand today.
