Scott joined Xcelicor from Oracle Corporation where he was Director of Sales, HCM & Learning Management System Applications.While at Oracle, Scott spent eight years selling software and managing software sales professionals, and the five as Director then Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Oracle Education's North American division.

Prior to joining Oracle, Scott held sales and marketing positions at Motorola's RISC division and GSD&M,a marketing and advertising firm based in Austin, TX.
