Mr. Stoddard received his J.D. from Hastings College of The Law in 1988, and his B.S. from Metropolitan State College, Denver, CO (magna cum laude).He served as Judicial Extern for the Hon. John K. Vukasin, U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Stoddard is admitted to practice before all the state and federal courts in California, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.He is also a member of the Century Club of San Diego, a group of philanthropic businessmen and women who organize the annual Buick Invitational Golf Tournament, to raise money for local charities.
