Joy recently retired from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources where she was a budget and policy analyst in the Bureau of Management and Budget.She has been a member of the Madison Audubon Society (MAS) Board of Directors and chair of the MAS Population and Habitat Committee.She has also been a member of the planning committee for the annual Better Lawns & Gutters Tour coordinated by the Dane County Lakes & Watershed Commission.She is moving to Bristol, Tennessee but will remain an active board member and will be exploring opportunities to create another branch of TNL in northeastern Tennessee.
