UPSTATE, SC - Andy Douglas, president and chief retail officer of The Palmetto Bank has announced the appointment of Josie M. Stewart, vice president, branch manager, Woodruff Road.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Troy State University. She has eight years banking experience in business development and branch management and is licensed in Series 6 and 63. She serves as a captain in the Air Force Reserves and is a member of Oakview Elementary School PTA.

Capt. Josie Stewart, a public affairs officer at Eglin, tells MilitaryCorruption.com that Taylor is presently confined under guard at the Air Force base.

She says the slender medical officer faces an Article 32 hearing later this month which will determine if the case proceeds to general court-martial.
