    Xjet President and CEO Josh Stewart expects to draw jet owners and private travelers.The company has spoken with potential members, he said.

    Members will get a "clubhouse" with massage facilities, a five-star restaurant and concierge service, three large hangars with room for up to 20 aircraft and service that will include a car stocked with snacks and bottled water waiting for them at the end of the runway, he said.

    Xjet is opening its first such club in June at Centennial Airport in Denver.

    The other retailers could be retailing north of $5," said XJet chief executive Josh Stewart.

    "The fuel price at XJet will be considerably cheaper than other FBOs because the other FBOs rely on fuel as their major source of revenue, whereas XJet doesn't," Stewart said.

    The company will also sell gas to nonmembers but without the discount.XJet expects its nonmember gas price to be in line with other FBOs at Centennial Airport.

    "We are focused primarily on our members," Stewart said.
