Mr. Stern has been with Essex River since July of 2003 fulfilling a key role in analytical support and asset management.Since starting at Essex River Mr. Stern has assisted in the acquisition, assemblage and management of an approximately 700,000 SF commercial property portfolio.He is responsible for financial analysis, tenant services and project coordination.Starting in 1998 he worked as an environmental consultant at Tetra Tech, Inc. and in 1999 he moved into education, first with the Lighthouse Charter School, Orleans, MA and then in Admissions at Phillips Academy Andover.After graduating college in 1996 Mr. Stern spent two years teaching skiing in Lake Tahoe, CA, Aspen, CO and Sugarbush, VT.

Mr. Stern has completed course work in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Real Estate Finance at Boston University and is studying for his Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers License.He holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College.

Andover, MA - Essex River Ventures, LLC, a real estate investment and asset management firm specializing in value-oriented office, R&D and industrial properties on the East Coast, announced that A. Chadwick Stern recently joined the firm as an Investment Analyst.

Stern worked as an educator at Phillips Academy in Andover and as an environmental consultant at Tetra Tech, Inc. before joining Essex River Ventures.
