Mr. Stenger has over 30 years of experience in healthcare patient account management which includes admissions/registrations and the business office.He started his patient account management carrier as a "Credit Manager" in 1976 and worked every position within the Admissions and Business Office.Mr. Stenger received his Certified Patient Account Manager (CPAM) in 1982.Mr. Stenger joined Quorum Health Resources and worked his way up to an AVP position, in addition to his responsibilities of department management, services to client hospital and developing training programs, he prepared and delivered a working set of Admissions/Business Office compliance driven policy and procedure manuals.He has worked as Vice President of operations for 350-seat receivables management company where a new training program was instituted for the employees and revenue was increased 50% in one year.Mr. Stenger also holds a Certified Compliance Person (CCP) certificate and is a member of HFMA.
