    Since 2006, Steinhardt has served as CBORD's Senior Vice President of Operations, implementing numerous operational improvements at CBORD ®. During that time, Steinhardt developed an intimate knowledge of development, manufacturing, and service at CBORD, all while working directly with many of CBORD's customers to ensure CBORD was meeting or exceeding their expectations.

    In his new role as COO, Steinhardt now also directs CBORD's sales team. He is responsible for driving operational strategy, structure, and effectiveness across CBORD's global sales, operations, and development teams.

    Prior to working at CBORD, Steinhardt served in various positions, including sales leadership positions, at other companies. As Vice President of Sales at First Pacific Networks, a startup, Steinhardt built a national sales team that sold integrated voice, data, and video systems to defense and higher-education customers. He also served as Vice President of Sales at TMS Sequoia, a small public software company with products used as a core component in document-imaging systems and character-recognition systems, and as General Manager at Adaptec, where Steinhardt sold data-storage peripherals to industry leaders such as HP, IBM, and Dell.
