Ms. Becky Stein

Layton BioScience, Inc. recently added four members to its senior management, including Dr. S. Scott Bowersox as Vice President of Preclinical Development, Janet L. Nibel as Vice President - Finance and Administration, Becky Stein as Quality Control Scientist, and Robert J. Alonso as Vice President of Business Development.

Ms. Stein joins Layton BioScience, Inc. from the University of California, San Francisco, where she has worked as a Staff Research Associate since January 1995 performing primary research in the field of neuroscience, managing multiple research projects investigating the mechamisms of neuronal vulneratibility during conditions mimicking stroke and oxygen radical formation.

In 1993 and 1994 she worked as an immunology researcher at the DNAX Research Institute and as a staff tutor in the sciences at Crested Butte Academy.From March 1987 through November 1993 she worked as a Life Sciences Research Assistant at Stanford University in the field of neuroendocrinology.

Ms. Stein received her B.S. and Master of Science in Biological Sciences at Stanford University in 1990.
