BackgroundMike has played a key role in planning and implementing software solutions while serving as a business thought leader for industry leading, technology-focused companies.Under his leadership, Mike has provided information tools critical to aggressive business growth, performance turnarounds and productive operations.His multi-product, multi-market experiences has helped him to lead the design, and installation of software solutions widely applied by employers and major customers to significantly improve business performance in the healthcare, supply chain, financial management, sales, purchasing and manufacturing sectors.Mike earned his BS Degrees in Computer Systems, Mathematics and Business Administration from Grove City College.His MBA was achieved from Waynesburg College.

Before joining Haley System, Mike served as CIO at PDS Industries.In his role as CIO, Mike crafted strategic information technology plans where he implemented programs and schedules supporting financial data processing, computer services, network communications and management information systems.Before joining PDS industries, Mike served as a Project Manager and Business System Analyst for Millennium Pharmacy Systems where he helped to develop a scalable and fully integrated medication management information system.He also served as Manager of Interface Services at McKesson Automation, a Fortune 15 corporation, where Mike directed a group of technology professionals that implemented and designed business-driven information systems for the healthcare industry.Mike started his software career as a Senior Software Engineer at GSI where he programmed for the TOLAS (Total OnLine Accounting System) product line.

In addition, Mike currently serves as an adjunct faculty member for DeVry University and the Keller Graduate School of Management at the Pittsburgh and Cranberry Township campuses.He teaches in the Business Information System, Computer Systems, Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Management, Programming, Project Management and Technical Management curriculum programs.
