Mr. R. Bruce Steibel

R. Bruce Steibel, a principal of Diversified Compensation Group, LTD., has been in the financial services industry for the last 26 years.Mr. Steibel's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky and Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.Mr. Steibel has also done post-graduate work at Harvard University and New York University in the areas of estate and income taxation.Prior to forming DCG, Mr. Steibel was an investment banker and an attorney.

Mr. Steibel has been very active in the corporate arena, where his area of expertise includes executive benefit programs, employee benefit programs, deferred compensation planning, retirement planning, business continuity planning and estate planning.

Mr. Steibel's clients include private, public, multi-national and international corporations.

Mr. Steibel has spoken before professional and public groups and his opinions and views have been quoted in Crain's New York Business, New York Law Journal, New York Times and Money Magazine.
