   Neal has been in the employee benefits field for over fourteen years.Neal joined Marrs Maddocks & Associates in June of 1993 to establish the employee benefits department.Neal graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in political science.He currently is a Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and is a current candidate for the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.Neal has also completed numerous courses related to employee benefits including all lines of insurance coverage, pension plans, COBRA administration, HIPAA administration, and Section 125 administration.Neal has extensive experience in the evaluation and implementation of all types of employee benefit plans including but not limited to, multi state risks, partial self-funded plans, cafeteria plans, pension plans, and ancillary administrative services (cobra administration, HIPPA administration etc).Neal participates in various charitable organizations and is a Rotarian.
