    Taking John Shine's current responsibilities is new employee-owner, Tony Stehling, who has been hired as operations manager for the North Texas structures operation.Stehling has a bachelor of construction science degree from Texas A&M and has more than 30 years of experience in heavy highway/civil construction.He previously worked for GLF Construction where he managed the company's Texas division.
