Jerry F. Stegall, 68, of Jefferson City died Friday, December 5, 2003 at his home.
He was born March 23, 1935 in Forsyth, Missouri, a son of Frank James and Edna Emilia Rossner Stegall.
He was a 1953 graduate of Senior High School in Springfield; attended Orange Coast College, studying architectural design; and was a graduate of Drury College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics.
He was married in 1960 in Springfield to Nancy Blakemore. He was married January 21, 1996 in Miami, Florida to Gayrene Luecke, who survives at the home.
He was a loan specialist for the Small Business Administration and was a former vice president for First Missouri Development Finance. He had been a college instructor in Computer Technology and Drafting for the Missouri Department of Corrections and for Northwest Missouri Community College, and had been an accounting instructor at State Fair Community College. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Jefferson City Host Lions Club, and was past president of the Mental Health Association of Missouri.
