Married to Val, who is also a licensed Realtor, they are able to accommodate their client's busy schedules when buying and selling, as well as provide personalized, professional and comprehensive service.

Prior to joining Hazen in the real estate industry, Val had obtained her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Manitoba and worked in community-based nursing for many years.From her nursing career, she brings her ability to listen to her customer's needs, assess their situation and implement an individualized plan to best meet their needs.She enjoys the satisfaction of helping people and feeling likes she's made a difference.In addition to her real estate life, Val is a member of the Board of Directors for Nine Circles Community Health Center - a contribution she really enjoys.

Together, Val and Hazen enjoy cycling, camping, travelling, backpacking, cross-country skiing, gardening, ethnic cuisine, Winnipeg's fine music festivals and spending time with friends.

For over 8 years, Hazen's partner, Val Steeves, has been working with him managing the day-to-day operations of their real estate business, as well as assisting him in sales.

Prior to real estate, Val graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Manitoba in 1991 and worked in Community Health Nursing in direct service and management.The skills and experiences she hoaned from her nursing career, in addition to her genuine care for her clients and customers, have contributed to the success of Val and Hazen's real estate business, resulting in the majority of their business coming from satisfied past customers and their referrals.
