Rob Steen - Executive Vice President, General Counsel, & CFO Mr. Steen is responsible for all facets of day-to-day operations of the company including finance, legal, human resources, and business planning.Since joining Solace Systems, Mr. Steen has skillfully managed the operation from early inception, to fast-growing startup, to full fledged message routing market leader.

Prior to joining Solace Systems, Mr. Steen was Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Counsel of Waterfall Networks and practised corporate and securities law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt.He holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA in finance from the Schulich School of Business.
