   National Telcom Solutions Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Telcom Solutions (WA), Inc. (collectively the "Company"), is pleased to announce the hiring of Jerry D. Steele as Project Manager for the Company's Texas operations. Mr. Steele joins the Company from AT&T Broadband, where he most recently acted as AT&T Project Manager for the King County area of Washington State. Mr. Steele has varied and extensive experience in Cable Telecommunications. With over twenty years in the industry, his experience included chief technician, technical manager, general manager and project manager. His background has developed through various positions held with small to mid-size multi-system operators through to the largest in the industry. During his most recent position with AT&T, he was an integral part of a team responsible for the upgrade of approximately 600 miles of plant in the King County area. Last year, he directed the complete rebuild of the SeaTac, WA cable system, meeting strict deadlines which contributed to AT&T avoiding significant cost overruns.
