NEW HOPE, PA: Donald D. Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Real Estate, announced that Sarah G. Stauffer has joined the company's Main St. real estate office in Bethlehem.

Stauffer has experience in mortgage banking and event planning and is a graduate of Connecticut College with a degree in economics. She will represent buyers and sellers in Pennsylannia's greater Lehigh Valley in all price ranges seeking or selling primary residences as well as investment properties.

Only 26 units are still available, according to Sarah Stauffer, a Realtor and real estate agent with Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty in Bethlehem. Kurfiss sold 61 units -- two-thirds of them to investors. "There is a mix of one- and two-bedroom units still available priced from the mid 200s to low 600s," said Stauffer.
