Ron Stauffer General Manager Ron is Andy's oldest brother, and our General Manager. A California State University, Bakersfield graduate, Ron went on to earn his master's degree in 1984. He spent his first 20 years after college in sales. Ron was recruited by Andy in 2003 to bring his insight and experience to Stauffer & Sons Construction.

Ronny Stauffer Assistant Manager Ronny is Ron's oldest son and our Assistant Manager. Ronny is a Pikes Peak Community College graduate. He's our Assistant Manager, and also our IT/Network Administrator, Webmaster and master of overseeing our marketing endeavors. Ronny joined Stauffer & Sons along with Ron in 2003.

Assistant Manager

Ronny is Ron's oldest son and our hiring manager. Ronny joined Stauffer & Sons along with Ron in 2003 as an entry-level framer and has grown into his current management position. He is also the IT/network administrator, webmaster and oversees marketing endeavors.
