"This is a concept that started 10 years ago in Minneapolis, so we just evolved over the years by adding to it and upgrading the features," says Wayne T. Stancil, regional vice president of Rainforest Cafes, who attended the restaurant's festive pre-opening gala."In our environment there's food, there's entertainment, there's something for the entire family," Stancil said.

He also noted that the Rainforest Café works closely with area schools and civic groups.
