But Mr. Stancil is indeed one motivational speaker that motivates. His animation and delivery definitely comes across as enthusiastic. He means what he says, and he says it with conviction. The illustrations that he uses in his talks are very timely; they leave a very vivid impression on the mind. I've often ask him how does he come up with them. Above all you can detect the genuine concern behind his voice which makes it easier to conform to the advice given. He makes me see the reality of doing something about it now or the consequences of not doing anything later.

(18) My hearing motivational speeches from Mr. Stancil goes back over years. It's no surprise that TWS GROUP, INC is now formed because Mr. Stancil is a motivator. Many times a speech can be just a lot of words , but I've found in Mr.Stancil's case that when he finishes I walk away with so much. He is a good speech illustrator ... painting word pictures that walk you to a goal. Another highlight is his progressive summary style so that you are able to follow easily. Yet with all of that.... the key to his success as a speaker is that he knows and believes what he's speaking on. What he's talking about, it's obvious, are things he has personally tested the waters on. Successes and failures so that others my learn for total success.

However, while listening to Mr. Stancil speak, his words and style of delivery were able to virtually lift me out of my seat!
