David SquireDavid retired from a successful business career at Ansonia Mills, Inc., where he was President and Treasurer, to enter public service as Deputy Director of the Job Corps in the Office of Economic Opportunity in Washington D.C. in 1966.Currently, he serves as Trustee, Brandeis University; Board Overseer, Heller Graduate School of Social Policy; Governor, the American Jewish Committee; Member, Institute of Current World Affairs; and Trustee of CJP Disabilities Trust.Until 1980, David served as Vice President for Administration at Brandeis University.Prior to that he was Senior Advisor for Economic, Social and Human Rights Affairs for Department of State at the United Nations.

There was also a guy there named David Squire, who was not on the faculty but who took me under a wing when he was a VP of the University.
