Mr. Kevin M. Spellman is a shareholder and serves as President of Nfitness.Mr. Spellman oversees many aspects of the business including operations, Internet applications development, business development and finance.His responsibilities include management of staff, inventory, sales and opening additional facilities for Nfitness.Mr. Spellman is also responsible for management of financial administration including working capital, cash flow, inventory cash, accounts payable and marketable securities.Additionally, he is responsible for financial forecasting, including capital budget, cash budget, pro-forma financial statements, external financing requirements and financial condition requirements.

Mr. Spellman has been working in the health care industry for the past six years.Prior to forming Nfitness, Mr. Spellman was employed as a Project Manager for West Hudson, Inc., a leading health care consulting firm and subsidiary of Cardinal Healthcare.

Mr. Spellman was responsible for leading teams of consultants involved in re-engineering, work process redesign and reorganization projects.He also served as a management training and development coach, focusing on objective feedback mechanisms for management and employees, pro-active management principals, workload measurement systems and cost, quality and service indicators.

His clients have included many regional hospitals and medical centers, teaching hospitals, multi-specialty group practices, clinic networks and HMO's.

Additionally, Mr. Spellman has sales, marketing and operations experience within the Food and Publishing industries.Mr. Spellman served as a sales and marketing manager for Roush Products Company, Inc.His accounts included customers in the United States, Japan, Korea and the Philippines.Mr. Spellman also founded ProWrite Publishing, a publishing business in Taipei, Taiwan, that provided turnkey services to many computer companies and trading houses.

Mr. Spellman obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Economics at the University Of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington in 1988.
