Kevin Spellman serves as Vice President of Greenhut Construction Company and has been with the firm since 1988. He is extremely organized, detailed, forward thinking and has earned the distinction of overseeing most of Greenhut's major healthcare and government projects, including the new 50 bed hospital at Sandestin, Florida and the $23,000,000 Emergency Room/Operating Room addition at Sacred Heart Hospital.

He obtained a degree in Building Construction in 1982 from Texas A&M University. After working a few years for one of Texas' largest commercial general contractors, he moved to Pensacola and joined the Greenhut organization in 1988.

Mr. Spellman has been recognized twice by our local subcontractor association as General Contractor Manager of the Year.

Mr. Spellman, along with Larry Northup, has been asked by Mr. Greenhut to mentor and oversee the company's other project managers.
