Rhonda joined JANA in January 2000.Rhonda is the Head of JANA's Property research team where she is responsible for determining the appropriate strategy and manager mix for JANA clients and researching all aspects of the Property markets.

Rhonda is also a member of the Unlisted Investments research team and is involved in providing investment advice to a number of superannuation funds and other JANA clients, such as manager review and selection, asset allocation, performance monitoring and quarterly reporting.

Prior to joining JANA, Rhonda worked in the Melbourne office of urbisJHD, as a property consultant and valuer for seven years.At urbis, Rhonda's responsibilities included property investment advice and valuations for a wide range of purposes including acquisition, divestment, market analysis, rent reviews and tenant accommodation strategies.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
