   Albert Spada, Chair of the KHA Board of Commissioners and KHA Executive Director Steven Fischer were on hand for the ceremony, as were Ulster County Legislature Chairman Richard Gerentine and Town of Ulster Supervisor, Fred Wadnola.

   Sottile is defending the event - a May 11 luncheon at the Hillside Manor on state Route 32 - saying it will include guests from both major parties and be hosted by a Republican, former Ulster County Clerk Albert Spada.
