   David Spacone, Chief Executive OfficerDavid Spacone, chief executive officer,has been involved with business applications of computer software for 25 years.He founded SofTrek in 1987 as a software consulting firm and in 1989, after developing software applications for a variety of businesses, created the first version of PledgeMaker for a local nonprofit.PledgeMaker is now installed in more than 300 organizations in the United States and Canada and is also available on the Internet.Spacone launched Appitat in 2003 to provide dynamic, value-added IT outsourcing and applications using Oracle9iAS technology.
   
   Spacone has also been involved in a variety of software applications, including medical billing, legal and banking at Niagara County Saving Bank where he was programming manager.His past employment includes Control Data Corporation, University of Buffalo Administrative Computing Department and University of Buffalo Millard Fillmore College where he taught computer programming.
   
   Spacone has a bachelor's degree in management information systems from the University of Buffalo.
