Craig SowsyCraig F. Sowsy is Vice President and General Counsel at Enigma and is also responsible for overseeing Human Resources.

Prior to joining Enigma, Mr. Sowsy was Senior Corporate Counsel at Reed Elsevier Inc., a global publisher and information provider.In this role, he was responsible for providing legal advice to the senior management of the US Group.In addition, Mr. Sowsy had responsibility for software licensing and development services; acquisitions and divestitures; general commercial; intellectual property; employment; and litigation and mediation.Mr. Sowsy has also held other management positions at Reed Elsevier, including Corporate Counsel, Associate Counsel and Tax Counsel.

He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Boston University, a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School and a master's degree in taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
