Richard Sowler

After a long and varied career, Richard set up his tax consultancy Holland Sowler in 2004.He left his post as Senior Tax Consultant at Richards Butler.Prior to that Richard was Senior Tax Manager, Banking, Capital Markets and Treasury.This current work involves structured finance deals, mergers and acquisitions and project advice.He graduated from University College, Oxford with an MA in Jurisprudence.His career has been very varied and includes spells with HM Diplomatic Service; R M Walkden & Co. (negotiating settlements with the Inland Revenue) Bircham & Co, Shoesmith and Harrison and the FLA.
