Matthew founded the association for undergraduate leadership development ( AULD ) whose overall mission is to support the development of tomorrow's authentic leaders and passionately serve those who make this development possible.Sowcik also works in a consultant role providing one-on-one coaching, and leadership, emotional intelligence, and team building training, through dynamic experiential practices.Matthew holds a bachelor's degree from Wilkes University, a master's degree from Columbia University in New York City and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
