Adam Sowatzka, Corporate Counsel, Vice President of Regulatory Affairs.Adam is an authority on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agencyâ€s (EPA) proposed capacity, management, operations, and maintenance (CMOM) regulations and is a sought-after speaker on EPA enforcement and regulatory issues.Prior to joining ADS, Adam was Associate Legal Counsel for the US EPA, Region IV, where he provided legal and policy recommendations related to the Clean Water Act.While at EPA he was awarded three Bronze Medals for commendable service.He holds an M.S.E.L. (Environmental Law) and J.D. from Vermont Law School.
