   However, we were able to land an interview with Steve Southwick, publisher of the Orcutt Pioneer, a monthly publication that goes out to all 15,000 homes and businesses in the Orcutt area. While Southwick copped to not reading the Sun on a regular basis, he said he thinks the idea behind the paper is terrific.
   
   “I really enjoy it, and I like the way you're doing it,” he said. “You calling me is a good example. This is a good idea for a storyâ€"I may even try to steal it six months from now,” he said with a laugh.
   
   Southwick said people feel they can relate to the Sun.
   
   “That's just how it is since you're a weekly,” he said. “The Times, they're more focused on the hard news maybe, but that's what they have to do.
