Southerland named Safety ManagerThe Stellar Group has promoted John Southerland to Safety Manager for the Safety and Human Resources Department.His responsibilities include the management of Stellar's safety programs, job site risk assessment and implementation of job site safety audits.In addition, he will conduct OSHA training, accident investigations and program management.Southerland has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brigham Young University and has over 8 years of experience in construction.He is also a certified Construction, Health and Safety Technician.
